Context of Andrew Jackson, President of the United States of America, to all and singular to whom these presents shall come, greeting : whereas a treaty between the United States of America and the Piankeshaw and Wea tribes of Indians was made and concluded at Castor Hill, in the state of Missouri, on the twenty-ninth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, by William Clark, Frank J.
