Context of Andrew Jackson, President of the United States of America, to all and singular to whom these presents shall come, greeting : whereas a treaty between the United States of America and the Shawanoes and Delawares, late of Cape Girardeau, was made and concluded at Castor Hill, in the state of Missouri, on the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-two, by William Clark, Frank J.
