  • Followed by ten lines of verse forming an acrostic on the name Richard Lee
  • Parentheses substituted for square brackets around "R. Island" in imprint transcription. The earliest printing in Warren, R.I., was done by Nathaniel Phillips in 1792
  • Text in two columns; printed area measures 21.9 x 15.6 cm
  • Wegelin records with cut at head of title which is not present on American Antiquarian Society copy
