- Annotation Reprinted from Waste management research, v.4, no. 1, 1986 and v.5, no. 3. Based on two seminars dealing with emissions from municipal waste incinerators, held in Copenhagen in 1985 and 1987; the first dealt with toxic metals, the second with organics. No index. A report on an inchoate reform movement in the remuneration systems for teachers, as implemented in several states and school districts. Brandt (education, Virginia) who helped establish an early program, bases his evaluation on interviews and observational during visits, as well as on primary documentary sources. Paper edition (unseen), $19.95. Annotation copyrighted by Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
